- Made of colorless borosilicate glass (D 263 M) with an optimum hydrolytic resistance
- This ultra-thin glass is produced solely by two specialized glass companies worldwide using patented down-draw technology with expensive platinum orifices to ensure blister and striae-free glass.
- "Ultra-thin glass foils" are steadily controlled in terms of the chemical composition as well as glass thickness and waviness
- Glass surfaces are powdered with very fine particles to prevent sticking while stacking flat cover slips
- Manufactured according to ISO 8255/1 and are ready to use
- Thickness No. 1 (0.13 – 0.17 mm)
